The Meanwood Institute is available to hire for a number of different occasions: children’s parties, meetings, social events, courses and much, much more. The cost of the hall is £12.50 per hour.
Please collect keys at least 24 hours before booking.

- The capacity of the institute is 40. Bookings should not exceed this number
- It is the hirers responsibility to leave the Institute as they found it
- All evening bookings at the institute to be vacated by 10:30pm
- Please leave half an hour between bookings.
- Bouncy Castles maximum size 11 x 15.
- The institute will not accept any responsibility for belongings left in the institute after a booking
- Do not park on the footpath outside
- All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy
- All requests for cancellations should be made in writing via email to us at nicoletta.institute@gmail.com and acknowledged by us
- 28 days or more notice = full refund
- 14-27 days notice = 50% refund
- 0-13 days notice = no refund
